• We offer a 90-day guarantee period for a replacement for violation of the employment agreement and termination of the contract within the said period.
• There are no initial fees. However, payments are due when the offer of employment, including salary and start date, is communicated to a recommended candidate and the candidate accepts the terms and resumes.
• Fees: based on annualized yearly salary, 10% for staff, while 5% for supervisory/managerial positions with an annualized salary above N5M (Five Million Naira).
• For 2-3 roles, the fee is discounted at 8.5%; for multiple role recruitment above five positions (5 and above), the price is discounted at 6.5%.
• For clients on HR Outsourced/Retainership contracts, the fee is discounted at 3.5%.
