Job Role: Social Media Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our Real Estate Organisation. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. 

This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to support our brand objectives and business goals.
  • Identify target audience segments and create engaging content tailored to their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, latest marketing and digital techniques.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop a content and activity calendar and schedule posts to maintain a consistent brand presence.
  • Liaise with graphic designers to produce visually appealing and engaging content. Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet marketing objectives for all products and projects. 
  • Monitor and manage user-generated content and engage with followers.

Social Media Advertising:

  • Plan and implement targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and optimise ad performance, targeting, and budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyse campaign results to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Community Management:

  • Actively engage with our social media community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Identify opportunities for user-generated content and leverage user testimonials and reviews to enhance brand reputation.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor social media metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports on campaign performance, audience growth, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Social Listening and Trend Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, conversations, and competitor activities on social media.
  • Conduct social listening to gain insights into customer sentiment and preferences.
  • Use data and insights to inform content strategy, identify new opportunities, and improve overall brand positioning.

Education & Experience

Academic Qualification(s):

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Years of Experience:

2-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
