Position Overview:
I-SenseVille Consulting is a major HR and Business Consulting company with clients across Nigeria. Our client is in search of a talented expert to fill the position of a Business Growth Specialist, a major IT Company. The ideal candidate must be able to improve the company’s revenue and expand the market presence.
Requirements:
1. Creating and implementing detailed corporate growth strategies that take into account market trends, competitors, and the company’s strengths and shortcomings.
2. Conducting market research to find growth prospects, analysing client demands, and assessing possible target markets or segments.
3. Collaborating with product development teams to find potential for new offers, enhancements to existing services, or market expansion.
4. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to create and implement effective campaigns, pricing plans, and sales tactics to attract new consumers and maintain existing ones.
5. Developing strategies to form strategic partnerships or alliances with other companies or stakeholders in order to increase the company’s market presence or gain access to new client segments.
6. Communicate product feature proposals and updates based on client engagement should be communicated to the relevant product managers for planning, design, and development.
7. Keeping up to date on industry trends, new technology, and developing digital marketing tools in order to apply innovative growth tactics.
8. Serving as a liaison between various teams within the business and the partner to enable efficient communication, coordination, and implementation of collaborative activities.
9. Working with management to create long-term partnership plans that are aligned with the company’s goals and contribute to its success.
10. Effectively conveying the value proposition of partnerships to internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders via presentations, reports, and meetings.
