Key Responsibilities:
Provide meet & greet protocol services to inbound and outbound clients at the local and international airports.
Process Visa’s on arrival to clients as requested and other immigration and expatriate services as required.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction within target markets and segments.
Track, update and manage the database on client requests for meet and greet protocol services, Visa and immigration services and other services as required.
Prepare client invoices, liaise with clients and accountants to reconcile account receivables.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs based on Client’s service capabilities.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients virtually and in person.
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to customers and internal stake holders.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Create targeted monthly revenue targets based on customer opportunity
