Job Description:

Job Role: Administrative Officer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our Real Estate Company in Nigeria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the administrative aspects of our business. 

This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.
  4. Familiarity with real estate industry regulations and practices is a plus.
  5. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Communication and Correspondence: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
    2. Document Control: Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports. Supervise the organization and maintenance of real estate documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    3. Office Management: Maintain and organise office files, records, and documents, manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. 
    4. Financial Oversight: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning. Monitor expenses, invoices, and financial transactions.
    5. Project Support: Provide administrative support for real estate projects and developments. Assist in project coordination, timelines, and milestone tracking.
    6. Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement new technologies for improved administrative processes. Ensure staff proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Education & Experience

Academic Qualification(s):

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Years of Experience:

2-3 years proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
